Delivery
We deliver to every governorate in Egypt. We call you to confirm your order before it ships, and you pay the courier in cash when it arrives.
- Standard delivery: within 2 business days, EGP 75.
- Free delivery on orders over EGP 2,500.
- Same-day delivery, within hours, for orders over EGP 50,000.
- You can open and check your parcel in front of the courier before you pay.

Returns & exchanges
- You can return or exchange any product within 14 days of delivery, under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
- Products must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
- If a product is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we pay for shipping.
- For returns for any other reason, the customer pays for shipping.
- Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the product, by the original payment method or to a mobile wallet.
